1: How much in advance do I need to contact you to book a removal?

In case of busy periods such as weekends, bank holidays, and the summer months, it is highly recommended that removals are booked at the earliest. Standard home removal – At least 2-4 weeks for removals to be guaranteed. Large house moves or long distance relocations – Ideally, 4-6 weeks’ notice is best suited. Last Minute Moves – We understand there are last minute moves and do our best to help accommodate to short notice bookings, and sometimes even offer same or next day services, depending on demand. If you are unsure about your moving date, you can provisionally book a slot and we will be flexible to as needed.

2: What is the cost for removal services?

There are a number of factors that have to be considered when calculating removal pricing such as: Size of move – This breaks down into number of rooms as well as furniture that needs to be moved. Distance – Whether the removals are local, national or international. Packing Services – If full packing or partial packing is required previously. Special items – Moving oversized furniture, high value possessions, or fragile items requires more care and time. Moving day & time – The cost may vary for weekends and last minute moves. Estimated Price Ranges: A small move, for example moving one bed flat – From £200-£500. For moving a medium sized house with 2-3 bedrooms, the price will range between – From £500-£1200. For large moves with a house more than 4 bedrooms with long distances will cost you – From £1,200+. If you need man and van services, the price for small moves is – From £50-£100 per hour. In-person and video consultations are available at no cost and no obligation. We only conduct obligation free surveys to assess the matter.

3: Will packing services be included and materials be supplied?

Definitely. For as long as we can remember, we do provide packing services as well as materials for packing. Packing Services Available: Full Packing Service – We will do all of the packing. Fragile Packing Service – We guarantee careful handling for glass, pieces of art, and electronic devices. Part-Packing Service – We take care of all fragile items while the customer takes care of the rest. Unpacking Service – We remove all packed items and assist you in settling down. Packing Materials We Provide: Small, medium, and large sturdy removal boxes. Wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes. Bubble wrap & protective wrapping for fragile items. Packing tape, labels, and specialist boxes for TVs, mirrors, and artwork. For a stress-less move, clients can either do the packing themself or delegate it all to us.

4: Do you disassemble, and reassemble furniture?

Yes, we provide professional dismantling and assembly of furniture for all clients relocating. We disassemble and assemble: Beds, wardrobes and dining hall tables. Sofas that can be disassembled to fit through the door. Office cubicle, gym equipment and large cupboards. IKEA and multibrand flate pack furniture. You do not have to dismantle anything on your own; our team will do it for you while ensuring safe transport and accurate reassembly at your new residence.

5: Do you have storage services also?

Of course! We offer safe and flexible storage facilities for both short-term and long-term needs. Types of storage facilities we offer: Short term storage – Ideal for time gaps available between new and old residences. Long term storage – Keep your other items safe for weeks, months, or even years. Furniture storage – A safe solution for bulky furniture items. Business office storage – Furniture as well as files can be stored.
